About Andy

     Andy Braun is a singer/songwriter with a folk-rock feel. He plays a wide variety of cover songs as well as insightful originals. Growing up as the son of a church choir director and organist, he was singing at a very young age. His passion for music began to flourish when he started listening to oldies on the radio. Influences range from the Beatles to Neil Young to Townes Van Zandt. He started playing guitar and performing when he was in high school, and has played and sung in a variety of bands and musical groups ever since.

     Andy currently spends much of his time performing all over the United States with Branches Band, a Christian group based in Milwaukee. He also plays music (and DJs!) for weddings and other events with Braun Music Services. He and his wife, Rachel, also perform together as an acoustic duo aptly named "Andy & Rachel". You can see and hear Andy most Thursdays as he plays for the lunch crowd at Potbelly on 124th and Capitol in Brookfield, WI. Be sure to check the schedule and catch him at a performance soon!
